We Offer Telemedicine
Our dear patients, we have you covered during the crisis. The safety and health of our patients and staff is critical to us. Thats why we launched Telemedicine 2 weeks ago and want to let you know how easy it is to make an appointment!
Telemedicine allows you to be seen by Dr. Raoof or Rebecca Raoof, NP in the comfort of your own home. No need to leave the house. All you need is a device with a camera and internet connection. No need to download an app.
How does Telemedicine work?
It's very easy. To make an appointment, call us (yes! we still answer the phone!) or book your appointment online. Our team will walk you through the rest.
What Visits Can Be Seen Via Telemedicine?
While we obviously cannot do any procedures, we can see you for the following:
Acne - Rosacea - Skin Rashes - Eczema - Psoriasis - Suspicious Skin Lesions - Nail Disorders - Infections - Skin Pigmentation / Melasma - Hair Loss - Prescription Refills - Anti-Aging Regimen - Pre-Skin Cancers - Illness - High Cholesterol - High Blood Pressure - Infections - Medication Management - And More...
If necessary, we will make arrangements to see you in our office on a case-by-case basis for urgent matters. This will be decided during your telemedicine visit. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest Emergency Room.
Will My Insurance Cover My Visit?
Most Insurances Cover Telemedicine.
Our team will do a courtesy check on your insurance before your visit. However, we recommend you call your carrier beforehand to be sure. Medicare + Medical are good to go! You are still responsible for your co-pay and/or deductible just like you would for an in-person visit.
What If I need a Prescription?
We got you covered.
Our team will collect your preferred pharmacy information and send in prescriptions directly. We also work with select pharmacies that offer free delivery to certain areas to help you stay home and safe.
